Refund & Return Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

 

 

🖥️ Digital Products (Wallpapers, Printables, Screensavers, etc.)

 


All digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Because these items are digital downloads, they cannot be returned once delivered.


If you experience any issues with your download (for example, a file is missing or corrupted), please contact us at lou.lacoste@outlook.com— I’ll be happy to help you resolve the problem.

 

 

 

🛍️ Physical Products (Print-on-Demand Items)

 

All physical items in our shop are Print-on-demand items, fulfilled through Printify.

This means that each item is made to order, specially for you which means that returns and refunds will not be supported if you order the wrong size, colour, or variant or if you change your mind. 

Please double-check your order details before checkout.

 

💛 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing error, you are eligible for a free reprint or a refund.

To request this, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

  1. Your order number

  2. A clear photo showing the issue

  3. If multiple items are affected, a photo (or video) showing all affected items in one frame

You do not need to return the damaged item.

 

🚚 Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery, you may request:

 

  • A reprint (with an additional shipping charge), or

  • A partial refund (depending on the situation)

 

 

 

 

⚙️ Important Notes

  • Print placement variations of up to 0.5” (1.27 cm) are considered acceptable and not treated as defects. - But if you have this issue and it is too obvious, send me an email at lou.lacoste@outlook.com and I'll see what I can do.

  • All issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
